There’s an issue with the single elevator. it struggles to keep up with over 30 rooms across five floors, creating inconvenience during busy check-in times. The carpets on the floors need attention—they've seen better days. My key malfunctioned not once but twice, first sending me to an occupied room before finally reaching mine correctly. The hairdryer overheated and became unusable during my stay, and the housekeeping wasn’t quite up to par, with some common areas appearing neglected.
